Blobby is just a small blob. We are unsure how they came to be. Either a stray bit of icecream that became sentient with newfound independance, or just a new evolution as ameobas grew tired of the direction of so called "civilization". Bloby is very kind and gets lost a lot. They prefer to sit in between things, never above or below. Just in between.
